While we do not accept insurance at our clinic, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your carrier as out-of-netowrk providers. We can give you a superbill upon request that you can submit to your insurance.

Because we are a concierge physical therapy clinic providing one-on-one care for a full hour and accessible via email and text we are out-of-network with all insurance plans.

No, you do not need a referral for physical therapy in the state of Illinois. We will evaluate and develop a care plan that aligns with your goals. If you require further evaluation we can refer you to the appropriate proviuder.

At THE PT STUDIO every session is a full hour, one-on-one, focusing on addressing the root cause of your issue through education, exercise and hands on treatment.

Your initial visit will include a detailed intake of your history, a full assessment, and a targeted treatment and plan of care including a home program.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a late fee. We understand that unexpected situations such as illness or emergencies can arise and will consider that when applying a late fee.

Concierge physical therapy offers a more personalized approach to care. All sessions are one-on-one, not rushed, and tailored specifically to your needs and goals. We will utilize any appropriate treatment necessary without additional charges. We will make ourselves accessible to you outside of treatment session if you have a immediate question or concern that can not wait until your next therapy appointment.

Our goal at THE PT STUDIO is to get you in as soon as possible. We realize that when you are in pain, timely care matters. We make every effort to scheudle initial evaluations within 24-48 hours, with follow-up therapy sessions typically available within 48 hours, schedule permitting. While availability can vary, we strive to be as accommodating and flexible as possible.

Appointments are available by appointment only, allowing for flexible scheduling to best accommodate your needs. Daytime and select early morning and evening appointments may be available. We are typically closed on Sundays, with limited Saturday availability.
