NEUROMUSCULAR RE- EDUCATION

Neuromuscular re-education helps retrain how your body moves by improving the connection between your brain and your muscles. Using targeted exercises and functional movement training, we restore coordination, balance and control that is often lost following an injury, response to pain or compensation patterns.

A power plate is a tool than uses vibration-based training to enhance your physical therapy results. The gentle, targeted vibrations activate muscles more efficiently, improving strength, balance and circulation. Power plate sessions have been shown to stimulate bone growth and increase bone density, helping to address osteoporosis.

POWER PLATE

Advanced gait and running analysis to identify movement patterns that may contribute to pain, injury, or reduced performance. We assess your walking or running mechanics to identify muscle imbalances, joint limitations, and inefficient movement patterns, then create a personalized plan to improve efficiency, prevent injury, and help you move better.

GAIT/RUNNING analysis

We use hands-on approach to relieve pain, improve joint mobility, and restore proper movement. Techniques include soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, and trigger point release.

MANUAL THERAPY

We perform detailed assessments of how your body moves during everyday and athletic activities. By identifying inefficient movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and compensations, we can find the root cause of your pain and functional limitations and then create personalized plans to help you move and feel better.
